Hiring: Purchase Executive / Trainee Purchase Executive

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our Purchase Department.

Position: Purchase Executive / Trainee Purchase Executive

Qualification:
BBA / Any Graduate
MBA / MHA preferred

Experience: 03 Years Candidates with experience in the Purchase Department of a College or Hospital will be preferred.

Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 per month

Brief
Assist in procurement and purchasing of materials, equipment, consumables, and services.
Obtain quotations from vendors and prepare comparative statements.
Coordinate with different departments to understand purchase requirements.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Maintain purchase records,



vendor details, quotations, and related documentation.
Coordinate with the Accounts, Stores, and user departments for smooth procurement processes.
Assist in vendor identification, evaluation, and negotiation.
Ensure compliance with organizational purchase policies and procedures.

Desired Skills:
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable documentation and coordination skills.
Knowledge of purchase procedures will be an added advantage.
