KCP Eco Energy is looking for freshers to join our Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) team. The selected candidates will support routine operation, inspection, maintenance, and servicing activities at solar power project sites.

This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates from ITI, Diploma, and B.E/B.Tech EEE backgrounds who are interested in building a career in the solar and renewable energy industry.

Previous experience in solar O&M; is not required. Training will be provided to selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Assist O&M; Engineers and technicians in daily solar power plant maintenance activities.
Support inspection of solar modules, inverters, cables, junction boxes, and other electrical equipment.
Assist with preventive and routine maintenance activities.
Support solar module cleaning and general plant maintenance.




Assist technicians in identifying and reporting basic electrical and equipment-related issues.
Support maintenance and troubleshooting activities under the supervision of experienced personnel.
Handle basic tools and maintenance equipment responsibly.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
Assist in maintaining maintenance checklists, records, and site reports.
Follow all company, electrical, and site safety procedures.

Qualification Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:
ITI – Electrician / Electrical-related trade
Diploma – Electrical / EEE
B.E / B.Tech – Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Other relevant electrical qualifications

Freshers are encouraged to apply. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
