We are looking for a Site Engineer – Railway Telecom with 1+ years of experience in railway telecom, railway infrastructure, civil construction, or telecom infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day railway telecom and civil site activities.
Coordinate tower foundations, equipment foundations, cable trenching, shelters, earthing, and related civil works.
Conduct site inspections and monitor site conditions.
Coordinate with Railway officials, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project managers.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Check materials, manpower, tools, and equipment available at site.
Prepare daily progress reports, site reports, measurements, and material records.
Assist in BOQ preparation, quantity calculations, material planning, and cost estimation.
Ensure compliance with Railway safety procedures and project safety standards.




Monitor quality of construction and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Identify site issues and coordinate with senior engineers for resolution.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely material delivery.
Maintain project documentation, drawings, inspection reports, and work records.
Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress and site issues.
Travel to railway project sites around Bangalore/Karnataka as required.

Requirements
1+ years of experience as a Site Engineer / Civil Site Engineer.
Railway Telecom / Railway Infrastructure experience preferred.
Fresh candidates with relevant internship/project exposure may also be considered.
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Valuable knowledge of civil site execution and construction activities.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
