Job Title: VMC Operator

Job Summary:

Responsible for operating Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings, dimensions, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate VMC machines safely and efficiently.
Read and understand engineering drawings.
Set tools, workpieces, fixtures, and machine offsets.
Load and unload components correctly.
Run CNC programs and monitor machining operations.
Make basic offset corrections when required.
Check component dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Maintain required quality and production standards.
Identify machine, tool, and quality issues and report them to the supervisor.




Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic daily maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and production schedules.

Skills Required:
VMC machine operating knowledge.
Basic knowledge of CNC programming/G-code and M-code.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of cutting tools and tool offsets.
Knowledge of measuring instruments.
Positive attention to detail and quality awareness.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field. Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
