Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and experienced Project Engineer for commercial interior fit-out and turnkey projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, project coordination, quality control, vendor management, and ensuring timely completion of projects as per drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior execution, coordination with consultants/vendors, and managing site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Execute interior fit-out and turnkey projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
Supervise day-to-day site activities including civil, furniture, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ceiling, flooring, and finishing work.
Ensure work quality, safety standards, and project compliance.
Conduct site measurements and quantity verification.




Coordinate material requirements with procurement departments.
Maintain project documentation, work records, and site reports.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of commercial interior fit-out execution.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
Valuable coordination and site management skills.
Knowledge of materials, finishing standards, and construction methods.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and project reporting tools.
Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification
Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior design field.

Preferred Experience
Experience in office interiors, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial turnkey projects.
Experience handling multiple sites/projects is preferred.

Salary As per industry standards and candidate experience.
