Presage Insights is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior HR Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day HR operations while helping us build a solid, performance-driven team and culture.

We are an industrial technology company building AI, IoT and Reliability Intelligence solutions for manufacturing industries, working with some of India’s leading industrial organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment process across technical, sales, operations and corporate roles
Source, screen and coordinate interviews with candidates
Manage onboarding, documentation, induction and employee exit processes
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
Coordinate payroll, compensation, advantages and statutory compliance
Develop and implement HR policies and processes
Support performance reviews, KRAs/KPIs and employee development
Handle employee engagement, feedback and grievance resolution
Work closely with founders and functional leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities
Help build a robust, accountable and positive company culture
Track HR metrics including hiring pipeline, attrition,



employee performance and manpower requirements

What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / HR Operations
Strong experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management
Good understanding of Indian labour regulations and HR compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment
Experience hiring for engineering, technology, industrial, manufacturing or B2B sales roles would be an advantage
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred

Who Would Be a Great Fit? Someone who is not looking to simply administer HR processes, but wants to build the HR function as the company scales.

You should be comfortable working closely with leadership, solving people-related problems, hiring aggressively when required and creating processes without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
