Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Executive to manage domestic and international flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, reissuance, and other travel-related ticketing services. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of airline reservation systems, fare rules, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticket issuance.
Book, reissue, cancel, refund, and modify air tickets as per customer requirements.
Provide customers with suitable flight options, fares, schedules, and travel information.
Work on GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other reservation systems.
Check and explain fare rules, baggage allowances, visa requirements, and airline policies.
Handle schedule changes, flight cancellations, and customer travel disruptions efficiently.
Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners for ticketing-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in airline ticketing and reservations is preferred.
Knowledge of domestic and international airfare and routing.
Proficiency in GDS systems,



especially Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent bookings.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of travel documentation, visas, and passport requirements.
Graduation or a diploma/certification in Travel & Tourism is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Process refunds and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Ensure all bookings and ticketing details are accurate and issued within deadlines.
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Stay updated on airline promotions, fare changes, travel regulations, and industry updates.

Prior experience in a travel agency or tour operator.
Ability to handle corporate and leisure travel bookings.
Solid problem-solving and coordination skills.
Professional, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude.
