Job Responsibilities
Make outbound and handle inbound calls professionally.
Communicate with customers clearly in fluent English.
Explain company products/services and resolve basic queries.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
Generate leads and achieve daily/monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
Maintain proper call reports and daily activity records.
Requirements
Fluent English communication skills (mandatory).
Valuable Hindi communication skills will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Positive attitude and ability to handle targets.
Freshers with robust English communication can apply.
