Technumen is hiring! We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team and grow with us.

Location: Hyderabad Work From Office Only

Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST

Experience: 24 years

Domain: US IT Staffing / Recruitment

What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience recruiting GC & USC candidates
Experience working on W2 requirements
Ability to source, screen, qualify and engage candidates effectively
Valuable understanding of US IT technologies and job requirements
Experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ceipal or similar staffing tools is a plus
Strong follow-up skills and ability to work independently
Willingness to work in a night shift environment

Source qualified IT professionals for W2 opportunities




Screen candidates and assess technical/communication skills
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Work closely with the recruiting and account management teams
Meet daily/weekly recruiting targets
