Role & responsibilities

Warehouse Operations
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
Ensure timely processing of B2B, B2C, and marketplace orders as per defined SLAs.
Monitor warehouse capacity, space utilization, and operational efficiency.

Inventory Management
Ensure accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.
Minimize inventory discrepancies and maintain stock integrity.
Drive FIFO/FEFO practices and proper storage of all inventory.

Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve productivity and quality targets.
Plan manpower allocation based on daily operational requirements.
Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Process Excellence
Implement and monitor warehouse SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Ensure warehouse housekeeping through 5S implementation and safety compliance.

Performance Management
Monitor warehouse KPIs including Inventory Accuracy, Order Fulfillment, Dispatch TAT, Productivity, Order Accuracy, and Cost per Order.
Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly operational reports.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.

Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Customer Service, Sales, and Logistics teams for seamless operations.
Work with transport partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Support current warehouse projects, automation initiatives, and operational expansion.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
810 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Retail, or E-commerce.
Robust knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Proven experience in managing large warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Solid leadership, people management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in driving operational excellence, productivity improvement, and process optimization.
