1) Job Purpose

To lead Manufacturing operations at contract Manufacturing site in Pune

2) Job Context & Major Challenges:

JOB CONTEXT:

Robust knowledge of aluminum production processes and technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and environmental management systems

-Experience in managing contract manufacturing operations

-Prioritization & planning of customers orders including RM, customer complaints





-Ensuring Ontime in full customer deliveries & communicating with Sales team in timely manner in case of delays
