3 to 6 years of procurement, sourcing, or buying experience.
Robust experience in sourcing, contracting, and commercial negotiations.
Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned categories.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on business requirements.
Lead RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and supplier selection.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements to achieve cost savings.
Draft, review, and execute contracts in collaboration with legal and internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain solid relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
Analyze spend data and identify cost optimization opportunities.
Resolve supplier issues, escalations, and supply-related risks proactively
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions.
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills. Knowledge of procurement systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
