Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage accounting and financial activities within the air cargo and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience and a valuable understanding of accounting processes, documentation, and logistics-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions.
Maintain sales, purchase, expense, receipt, and payment records.
Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment documentation.
Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
Maintain ledgers and assist with bank reconciliation.
Verify invoices and supporting documents related to cargo and logistics operations.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and logistics teams regarding billing and payments.
Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers when required.
Maintain accurate records of freight, transportation, and service-related expenses.




Prepare accounting reports and provide financial updates to management.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and logistics documents.
Support audits and other finance-related requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
English: Intermediate English
Preferred Industries: Infrastructure & Transport, Logistics, Trade & Commerce
