Position: Master Trainer cum Centre Manager (Fashion Technology/ Jute) (3)

Location: Tumkur/ Sira/ Ramanagara

Qualifications & Experience
ITI / AMT / Diploma / Graduation / Design degree from NIFT, NID, NIFD, ATDC, or equivalent reputed polytechnic/design institutions in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Apparel Making, or allied fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in imparting training in Jute Diversified Products and Fashion Technology Tailoring, embroidery).
Preference will be given to candidates with proven expertise in practical skill training, product development, and management of a production unit, design studio, training Centre, apparel unit, or product enterprise.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Preference: Certified Trainer.
Language Proficiency: Kannada (Mandatory), English, and Hindi.
The candidate should be stationed at the project location.





Roles & Responsibilities
Trainee Mobilization & Center Management
Active Mobilization: Take full responsibility for identifying, screening, and mobilizing eligible candidates, with a robust focus on empowering rural and peri-urban women entrepreneurs in Tumkur/Sira/ Ramanagara.
Willingness to travel locally for trainee mobilization, enterprise handholding, and market-linkage activities
Facility & Resource Management: Utilize the Design Studio effectively to deliver practical hands-on operational training and production techniques.
Centre Operations: Monitor, and manage overall centre activities, adhering to legal, statutory, and organizational standards.
Administration: Control operational expenses within agreed budgetary limits and maintain accurate center records and documentation.
