Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Source used vehicle and commercial vehicle loan cases through direct market visits, local transport hubs, and referrals.
Channel Management: Build and maintain solid ties with local used vehicle dealers, brokers, and market influencers.
Target Achievement: Deliver monthly and quarterly loan disbursal and portfolio growth targets for the assigned territory.
Credit Coordination: Collect initial customer documentation, complete KYC checks, and assist the risk/credit team with field investigations.
Portfolio Servicing: Maintain healthy customer relationships to ensure timely EMI collections and low delinquency rates.
