We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day operations across various online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory, orders, marketplace updates, and overall e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings, catalogues, product descriptions, images, pricing and inventory.
Handle day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify and other marketplaces.
Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, replacements and related issues.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
Regularly update product stock, pricing, offers and other marketplace details.
Monitor sales,



product performance, and marketplace reports.
Prepare basic sales and inventory reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues.
Ensure all product information and marketplace data remain accurate and updated.
Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Operations.
Practical knowledge of major e-commerce platforms.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and marketplaces efficiently.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
