Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Education Counselor B2B to drive business growth by building relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, corporate clients, and other B2B partners. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, promoting educational programs/services, generating leads, and converting institutional prospects into business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent B2B prospects with schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, corporate, and other educational organizations.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and institutional stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable courses, programs, or education solutions.
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, events, and other business-development channels.




Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and convert qualified leads into enrollments or partnerships.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions in CRM or reporting systems.
Coordinate with internal admission, academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, institutional visits, webinars, and other business-development activities.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2 - 4 years of experience in B2B sales, education counseling, EdTech, institutional sales, or business development is preferred.
