Role & responsibilities:
To generate the revenue and achieve the targets of the company.
Total Invoicing Done with Stipulated time.
Correspondence with client in writing/ personal meeting regularly.
Close any open issue with client as client satisfaction is utmost priority of the Management.
Interaction with local bodies and various govt. departments to resolve work hindrance
Managing project related tasks including planning control for achieving the planned periodic schedules and process control.
Ensure cost control within budget and pre planning for cash flow requirements.
Formulating and implementing the procurement strategy by developing / modifying strategy for purchase and establishing methods to achieve project targets.
Responsible for the inspection of material.
Ensure Quality Execution as per design standards.
Implement all related safety measure & ensure the 0% accidents at site.




Prepare various project report for identifying the areas of obstructions which leads to slow progress of work.
Preparation of weekly/monthly progress report/ bar charts.
Strict Monitoring & evaluation of contractors job quality & progress.
Daily meeting with team members for progress and planning of next day.
Monthly target setting of team and weekly review of team.
Team discipline,, target setting for team and daily allocation of work.
Proper coordination with corporate leaders for respective works

Candidate must ready to move to any location as per requirement
