Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Candidate with a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and 715 years of experience in industrial product/project sales, preferably in heating and thermal solutions. The role will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, developing recent business, managing key customers, and driving techno-commercial discussions with customers, consultants and EPC contractors.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of steam boilers, thermal oil heaters, hot water/hot air generators, waste heat recovery, retrofit & revamp solutions, along with excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and commercial skills. Solid customer relationship management, competitive intelligence, leadership ability and willingness to travel extensively are essential.
