Order Management
Accept and manage all incoming orders on Swiggy, Zomato, and WhatsApp promptly.
Ensure correct packaging and timely dispatch of orders.
Maintain coordination with delivery partners for smooth pickups.
Food Preparation
Prepare fruit custard bowls, juices,Fruit bowls and other menu items as per standard recipes.
Follow hygiene and cleanliness standards in food handling.
Ensure quality and consistency in every order.
Inventory Management
Monitor daily stock levels of fruits, milk, containers, and packaging materials.
Update stock-in and stock-out records manually or in the tracking app/sheet.
Inform the manager promptly in case of low stock or expired items.
Kitchen Operations
Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment at all times.
Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for preparation, packing, and safety.
