About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, tracking, analytics, and improving ROAS/CPA.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads (including Youtube Ads) and Meta Ads campaigns.
Manage lead-generation campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences.
Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
Optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead and improve lead quality.
Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking.
Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign performance.
Identify recent opportunities for customer acquisition and lead generation.
Stay updated with the latest changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, tracking, and digital marketing trends.




Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Robust practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
Positive understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Robust analytical and data interpretation skills.
Ability to understand and optimize campaign performance based on data.
Good knowledge of landing-page optimization and conversion funnels.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in real estate, luxury products, interiors, building materials, marble, tiles, granite, home improvement, or other high-value products/services will be preferred.
