We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in Pega development and support, combined with a solid understanding of Java and AWS environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end support and maintenance of Pega applications, integrating them with Java-based services and AWS infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 level support for Pega-based applications,
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Pega workflows, case management, and integrations.
Collaborate with Java developers and AWS engineers to ensure smooth integration and performance.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and support artifacts.
Participate in root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
Support deployment activities and assist in CI/CD pipeline processes on AWS.
Required Skills:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Pega platform (preferably with CSSA certification).
Robust working knowledge of Java and experience with Java-based integrations.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues in enterprise settings.
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
