About the Role

We are seeking experienced Civil Engineers with expertise in industrial construction, specifically within the oil & gas, refinery, and petrochemical sectors. This role involves managing in office execution, structural work, and erection activities while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage civil construction activities, including structural and erection tasks.
Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
Identify and prioritize critical areas to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards.
Monitor progress, allocate resources, and address in office challenges.

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or
Diploma in Civil Engineering





Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with exposure to oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical projects.

Requirements
Expertise in structural and erection work for industrial projects.
Solid knowledge of resource estimation, project scheduling, and quality control.
Familiarity with safety standards and environmental regulations in the industry.
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and resolving technical issues.

Skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills to manage project timelines and resources effectively.
