Role summary:

We are hiring freshers/early-career candidates from a Finance background for our SAP FICO/FICA practice. Selected candidates will undergo structured training in this niche SAP module, followed by an assessment, and will then be deputed to a live client implementation project.

Key responsibilities & expectations:
Undergo and complete structured training in SAP FICO/FICA modules.
Participate in assessments following training to validate skills and readiness.
Support and contribute to live client SAP BRIM/FICO/FICA implementation projects after deployment.
Work from the Chennai office five days a week in the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift.
Commit to a 3-year service agreement as part of the hiring terms.

What we are looking for:

UG/PG graduates in Finance (B.Com/BBA/BAF/M.Com/MBA Finance or equivalent) with first class, Freshers up to 3–4 years of finance-related experience are eligible.



Candidates with SAP FICO certification are preferred. Robust Excel and finance/accounting fundamentals expected. Candidates must be willing to sign a 3-year service agreement.

Salary/Stipend : Training Stipend: INR 15,000/month (for 3 months of training) Post-Deployment CTC: INR 5,00,000 per annum (5 LPA)
