Handle our company profile on the AERB eLORA portal, executing timely licenses, renewals, and procurement permissions.
Manage layout approvals, commissioning reports, and regulatory documentation for industrial component X-ray units.
Serve as the point of contact during inspections conducted by AERB officers or competent authorities.
Radiation Monitoring & Personnel Safety
Administer the TLD (Thermoluminescent Dosimeter) badge program and monitor seasonal dose reports.
Carry out regular radiation workload surveys using calibrated survey meters around fixed enclosures or shields.
Establish strict compliance with the ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principle for everyone on the floor.
Quality Control & Maintenance
Coordinate periodic Quality Assurance (QA) and testing of X-ray equipment at least once every two years via AERB-authorised agencies.
Investigate and document accidental exposures or mechanical equipment malfunctions immediately.
Safety Training & Culture
Conduct mandatory radiation orientation for recent NDT technicians, operators.
