SkyPro Aviation is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive (Tele-Calling) to connect with prospective students and customers, understand their requirements, explain our aviation services, and convert enquiries into successful admissions/leads.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and customers.
Follow up on enquiries and leads generated through different channels.
Explain SkyPro Aviation’s services, programs, processes, and offerings clearly.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead conversions.
Update and maintain accurate lead and call records.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding qualified leads and customer requirements.




Work towards assigned sales and conversion targets.
Build skilled relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.

Requirements
Valuable command of spoken English is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
Ability to explain services clearly and handle customer queries.
Target-oriented approach with robust follow-up skills.
Basic computer and CRM/data-entry knowledge.

Previous experience in tele-calling, counselling, inside sales, or customer handling is preferred.
