Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to ensure safety compliance and promote a safe working environment at high-rise residential construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies.

Conduct site inspections and identify hazards.

Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and emergency drills.

Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.

Monitor PPE usage and safety practices.

Maintain HSE reports and documentation.

Ensure secure working practices, especially for work at height.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.

NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent certification preferred.

510 years of construction safety experience.

Mandatory: High-rise residential construction experience.

Robust knowledge of hazard identification and risk assessment.

Valuable communication, leadership, and site coordination
