Operations Manager Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of Surakhya Elderlycare Home.
Monitor resident care, safety, feeding and medicines.
Supervise caregivers, nurses, housekeeping and kitchen staff.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and proper food service.
Manage staff attendance, duty roster and discipline.
Monitor inventory, groceries and medical supplies.
Handle resident/family complaints and emergencies.
Maintain daily records, registers and reports.
Coordinate maintenance and hospital/doctor visits.
Submit daily operational updates to management.
