Senior/Principal Scientist:
10+ years of experience in CRO with hands-on experience in LCMS/Prep. HPLC/NMR/HPLC method development for NCE Molecules in analytical scale.
Proficiency in various purification techniques.
Strong understanding of various column chemistries.
Skilled in troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and calibration.
Lead, train, coach, and mentor a team of motivated young scientists.
Provide guidance and support across different shifts to ensure the timely delivery of analytical data to the chemistry team.
Ready to work closely with motivated scientists, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven setting.

Job requirements
Have a passion for Prep. HPLC/LCMS /NMR/HPLC analysis and characterization techniques, as well as being open to continuous learning and education.
Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people in other departments.
Creative thinking to spot current techniques and growth opportunities.




Be highly organized with the ability to work independently as well as maintain team cohesion in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a team in a transparent and entrepreneurial culture.
Work collaboratively with others and be able to adapt to various work assignments.
Self-motivated with the initiative to reach challenging targets.
Must possess a great deal of integrity to maintain confidentiality.

Fluent oral and written (English) communication skills with an ability to describe and discuss scientific issues or case studies.
