50% client handling and 50% delivery management .Key Responsibilities:Manage client relationships, requirements, SLAs, and escalations.Drive account growth, rate negotiations, and conversions.Lead delivery team to ensure timely and quality closures.Track submissions, interviews, closures, and team productivity.Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and internal stakeholders.Requirements:6–18 years of experience in
