We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Officer to drive business growth, build solid customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on customer leads.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct customer meetings and ensure excellent service.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ Years in Sales / Marketing / BFSI
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA + Incentives + Allowances
Robust communication and sales skills.
Experience in Field Sales or BFSI preferred.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Local candidates preferred.
