Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging

IB Economics and Business Management

lessons aligned with IB curriculum frameworks.Develop inquiry-based, student-centred learning experiences that promote

critical thinking, analysis, and real-world application .Teach and support students in understanding economic theories, business concepts, case studies, market structures, finance, marketing, and global business.Prepare students for

IB assessments, examinations, Internal Assessments (IA), and other coursework .Guide students in research, data interpretation, business case analysis, and evidence-based decision-making.Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development.Integrate current





economic, business, and global affairs

into classroom discussions.Collaborate with colleagues to support interdisciplinary and IB learner-profile development.Participate in parent meetings, school events, career development, and other academic responsibilities.Desired Qualifications & Skills:Master's degree in

Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field .Experience teaching

IB DP Economics and/or Business Management

preferred.Solid knowledge of

IB curriculum, assessment criteria, IA requirements, and examination standards .Excellent communication, classroom management, analytical, and mentoring skills.IB training/certification will be an added advantage.
