Role Overview

Our team is quickly Scaling and we’re on the hunt for a SALES DIRECTOR from INDIA
to spearhead, and scale our Business Development Team. This role is responsible for driving self-generated leads pipeline, improving client conversion rates, and building a high-performance sales engine for Scalex. You will own the top-of-funnel strategy ensuring consistent lead generation, high-quality appointments, and seamless handoff to Business Development Managers (Sales Closers), while coaching and developing a team of sales professionals.

Job Qualifications
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a SALES leadership role
SAAS Sales, IT/Tech Sales, BPO Industry experience is a MUST.
Experience in high-ticket sales or B2B services
Strong understanding of cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)




Proven track record managing appointment-setting or Business development teams is a PLUS.
Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills
Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership abilities

Key Responsibilities
I. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, coach, and manage a remote team of Business Development Managers and Appointment Setters (PH Based team)
Set explicit KPIs (calls, connects, booked meetings, show rates, qualified prospects)
Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and performance audits
Build a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement

II. Pipeline Generation & Optimization
Own sales strategy across cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Ensure consistent pipeline flow to meet company revenue targets
Optimize scripts, messaging, and outreach sequences for higher sales conversion
Monitor and improve key metrics: contact rate, booki
