Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, introducing them to relevant NxtJob services, and qualifying them before connecting them with our career experts or sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build a career in pre-sales, sales, business development, or customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, or other communication channels
Understand the customer's career background, job search requirements, challenges, and expectations.
Introduce relevant NxtJob services and offerings based on the customer's needs




Qualify potential leads based on predefined criteria and assess their readiness for consultation
Book qualified consultation appointments for the sales/consulting team.
Maintain and update lead information, interaction details, and qualification status in CRM or tracking sheets.
Follow up with leads to increase qualification and booking conversion
Explain how NxtJob can help customers in their job search and career growth journey
Address initial customer queries and concerns before handing over qualified leads to the consulting or sales team
Meet daily/weekly call, qualification, follow-up, and booking targets
Coordinate with the internal sales and consulting teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome
Any Bachelor's degree (Business, Commerce, Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
Valuable communication skills in
