D2C Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Greater Kailash-2, Delhi

Salary: Upto 35K per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Performance Marketing Executive to join our energetic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in D2C performance marketing and will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to drive ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
Handle the complete performance marketing funnel from strategy to execution.
Data Analysis:
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement data-driven strategies to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.




Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align performance marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3 year of hands-on experience in D2C performance marketing.
Technical Skills:
Robust knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
