Visa Counsellor / Visa Processing Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel clients regarding overseas job opportunities and visa processes.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable visa and job options.
Explain visa procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation, and processing timelines.
Handle visa application documentation and verify required documents.
Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications.
Coordinate with clients and relevant authorities regarding visa processing.
Track application status and provide timely updates to clients.
Handle client queries related to visa applications and overseas employment.
Maintain accurate records of client applications and documentation.
Follow up with clients for pending documents and application requirements.




Provide skilled and explicit communication throughout the counselling and visa process.
Ensure all documentation and processing activities follow applicable procedures.

Job Requirements
Experience in Visa Processing is required.
Valuable communication and counselling skills.
Ability to explain visa procedures clearly to clients.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Attention to detail in documentation and application processing.
