Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve breakfast items, primarily South Indian cuisine.
Handle daily breakfast preparation and ensure timely service.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Prepare ingredients and complete kitchen preparation before service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices.
Manage cooking utensils, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth breakfast operations.
Assist with other kitchen-related duties as required.
