Job Role: Picker / Packer – Blinkit Dark Store

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Work as a Picker & Packer inside a Blinkit Dark Store.
Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
Pack orders properly and prepare them for dispatch.
Manage day-to-day dark store operations.
Perform putaway activities and arrange products in designated locations.
Conduct item audits and verify stock and product details.
Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
Ensure smooth and timely order processing.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
Follow safety and operational procedures.
Complete assigned daily picking, packing, and store operation targets.
Attend training provided after joining.

Salary & Perks
Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000, depending on location.
Joining Bonus: Up to ₹5,000.
Performance Bonus: Up to ₹3,000.
