Job Description
Create YouTube thumbnails, flyers, and promotional designs for print and digital media.
Design custom thumbnails that capture attention and drive audience engagement.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand project requirements.
Develop creative design solutions based on project needs and specifications.
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and specifications.
Create visually appealing designs suitable for digital marketing platforms.
Stay updated with current graphic design trends and incorporate industry best practices.
Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative thumbnails, promotional materials, flyers, and digital creatives.
Work closely with the marketing team to deliver designs according to campaign requirements.
Maintain consistency in branding, color, typography, and visual presentation.
Adapt designs according to different digital platforms and marketing requirements.
Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned design projects.

Required Qualifications
Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
5–10 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, preferably in the digital platform.
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop,



CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator.
Robust understanding of color, composition, typography, and visual design principles.
Positive knowledge of current digital marketing and graphic design trends.
Healthcare sector experience is preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
