Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic procurement and sourcing across materials, equipment and services.
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business and project requirements.
Identify, evaluate and manage vendors and strategic suppliers.
Drive cost optimisation, negotiations and commercial excellence.
Manage purchase contracts, commercial terms and supplier performance.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials while maintaining quality and cost objectives.
Build robust supplier relationships and develop alternate/backup sources.
Monitor procurement budgets, savings and key procurement KPIs.
Collaborate with Projects, Operations, Finance, Stores and Engineering teams to align procurement plans with business requirements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, processes and governance standards.
Lead and mentor the procurement team.
