We're Hiring: Marketing & Growth Intern

Location: Gurugram

Type: Paid Internship

Work Mode: On-Ground / Field-Based

Stipend: ₹10,000/month

Minimum Commitment: 2 months

PPO Chance: Based on performance and company growth

About the Role:

KwikMedi is looking for an energetic and people-oriented Marketing & Growth Intern who is comfortable working on the ground and interacting directly with people.

Key Responsibilities:
Distribute pamphlets, flyers and promotional material in societies, markets, residential areas and other high-footfall locations.
Approach and interact with people directly, explain KwikMedi's offerings and encourage them to download the KwikMedi app.
Help onboard current users and collect accurate user information/leads with consent.
Drive app downloads, user registrations, orders and other growth metrics through on-ground activities.
Identify and approach potential partners such as RWAs, societies, doctors, fitness centres, local businesses and other organisations.





Who We're Looking For:
Energetic, confident and comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations.
Comfortable with field work, pamphlet distribution and on-ground marketing.
Comfortable working independently and achieving daily/weekly targets.
Interested in marketing, sales, business development, healthcare and startup growth.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in sales, field marketing, business development or community outreach is a plus, but not mandatory.
