About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Head / CFO to lead the overall finance function and drive financial control, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should have robust Financial Controlling & Accounting expertise and proven experience in senior finance leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
CA with 12+ years of corporate finance experience, including 4–5 years in Finance Head / CFO-level roles.




Strong Financial Controlling & Accounting experience is the most critical requirement for this position.
Solid expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, working capital management, and overall finance operations.
Experience in setting up and improving finance systems, MIS, internal controls, costing, and inventory management.
Solid ERP exposure, preferably SAP Business One (SAP B1), including ERP implementation, process improvement, or upgradation.
Sound knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and regulatory requirements, including handling complex financial transactions.
