US Recruiter – US Staffing

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US staffing and recruitment.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, ATS, and databases.
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, and follow-ups.
Work on W2 requirements.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and meet daily/monthly targets.
Coordinate with Account Managers and ensure timely submissions.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
Robust sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in US shifts/night shifts.
Target-oriented and able to work in a rapid-paced setting.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
