About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can generate new business, connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into photography and videography projects.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, networking, references, social media, and other channels.
Handle sales execution from lead generation to closing.
Communicate with clients and understand their photography/videography requirements.
Conduct client meetings and present suitable solutions.
Prepare custom proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
Regularly follow up with leads and prospects.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with the photography/videography team to ensure smooth project execution.
Negotiate and close deals while meeting sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and conversions.

Required Skills




Fluent English communication – written and verbal.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Good client management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent follow-up skills.
Ability to create and present customized proposals.
Confident in conducting client meetings.
Good understanding of photography and videography services, shoots, production requirements, and deliverables.
Target-oriented and confident in closing deals.
Good communication, presentation, and convincing skills.

Experience

2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or a related role.

Experience in a photography, videography, advertising, creative, media, or production agency will be preferred.
