About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Science Teacher to join a reputed coaching institute in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should be able to make Social Science engaging, conceptual, and exam-oriented for students of Classes 8–10.

Key Responsibilities
Teach History, Geography, Civics & Economics to Classes 8th–10th.
Deliver engaging and concept-focused classroom lectures.
Prepare students for CBSE & GSEB board examinations.
Explain difficult concepts using practical examples, maps, current affairs, and visual learning methods.
Prepare and conduct class tests, assignments, quizzes, and revision sessions.
Analyse student performance and provide individual guidance where required.




Complete the syllabus according to the institute's academic schedule.
Prepare students for board exams and competitive-level academic assessments.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and student-friendly classroom setting.
Coordinate with the academic team regarding syllabus planning and student progress.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Science / History / Geography / Political Science / Economics or a relevant field.
1–3+ years of teaching experience preferred.
Experience teaching CBSE and/or GSEB students will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Solid subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
Ability to explain concepts in a simple and effective manner.
Passionate about teaching and helping students achieve strong academic results.
