Oversee and manage all nursing activities in wards, wound care units, and headquarters.
Supervise the day-to-day work of nursing staff, assign duties, and manage shift rotations.
Ensure nursing protocols and treatment plans are implemented with accuracy and compassion.
Monitor patient care standards and intervene when necessary to maintain quality.
Orient, mentor, and train current nursing staff in SCI patient care, wound management, and rehabilitation support.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing personnel.
Identify training needs and organize in-service education programs to enhance clinical skills.
Promote team motivation, discipline, and adherence to ethical practices.Patient Care Coordination
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to develop and review care plans.
Monitor patient progress and intervene in critical situations or emergencies.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient health records, medications, and interventions.
