Location: Onsite – Noida, Sector 65
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST
We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full time positions.
Use job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Requirements:
Experience in US IT Recruitment.
Positive understanding of IT technologies and US hiring processes.
Strong communication and sourcing skills.
Ability to work from the office during the 7 PM–4 AM shift.
