The ideal candidate will bring 8–11 years ofhands-on experience in a reputed advertising agency, with proven expertise in client relationshipmanagement, strategic planning, campaign execution, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities
Act as the strategic lead and senior point of contact for key clients
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns (digital + mainline)
Oversee and guide internal teams — creative, strategy, media, digital, and production
Translate client briefs into actionable strategies and high-impact campaigns
Develop and present strategic recommendations, campaign plans, and performance reports
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet/exceed client expectations
Build robust, trusted relationships with clients and identify opportunities for business growth
Mentor and manage account management teams to deliver at a high standard

and the competitive landscapeRequirements
8–11 years of experience in client servicing within a reputed advertising agency
Solid understanding and experience in both digital and mainline advertising
Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns and brand strategy
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to think strategically while also managing execution with precision
Experience managing and mentoring a team
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
