We're expanding our global Platforms team supporting a quick-growing SaaS product trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide. If you're a Software Engineer at heart with robust DevOps/Infrastructure expertise and a genuine passion for building reliable, scalable systems — this role is built for you.

You'll join a globally distributed Site Reliability & Platform Engineering team operating in a follow-the-sun model, working across a multi-region cloud platform that powers mission-critical operations at scale.

What You'll Own
Drive platform reliability through mitigation strategies, operational playbooks, and blameless RCAs/post-mortems
Build and maintain robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems
Participate in on-call rotations, ensuring rapid, effective incident response
Scale cloud infrastructure to keep pace with growing traffic and data demands
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code
Monitor and fine-tune databases for high availability and peak performance
Partner closely with product engineering to build observable, fit-for-purpose software




Help define SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs that raise the bar across teams
Mentor and uplevel the team through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, or Software Engineering
1+ years working on a SaaS platform
Robust programming background in C#, Python, or Java
Production experience operating Kubernetes at scale
Proficiency with Azure
Hands-on experience with Terraform (preferred), Ansible, or CloudFormation
Strong scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
Experience with observability tools like DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.

Nice to Have
CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy)
Cloud or DevOps certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, CKA)
MSSQL performance tuning experience.
