Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee overall business operations and ensure smooth coordination between different departments.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day business operations.
Ensure smooth coordination between all departments.
Monitor departmental performance and operational efficiency.
Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with department heads to achieve organizational goals.
Support management in improving overall operational processes.




Prepare and monitor operational reports.

Skills Required
10–20 years of experience in Operations Management.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in FMCG / Spices industry is an added advantage.

Preferred Location: Candidates from Muvattupuzha, Perumbavoor, Thodupuzha, and nearby locations.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
